Brian Callaghan- Partner

Qualifications: LLB (Hons), Griffith CollegeCertificate in Conveyancing, Law Society Enrolled with Law Society of England and Wales Admitted to the Law Society 2016

Brian specialises in Regulatory Enforcement, Probate and Conveyancing. Brian regularly appears in Court representing various Regulatory Authorities in Counties Louth, Meath, Kildare and Westmeath. Brian is also a keen member of the Probate Department and very experienced in drafting Wills and processing Probate Applications.   Brian also acts for Local Authorities in relation to the sale of Local Authority properties to their Tenants, under the Tenant Incremental Purchase Scheme (TIPS) and to issuing residential home loan under the Rebuilding Ireland Home Loans scheme. Brian also acts as prosecutor for Kildare County Council, the Road Safety Authority, the Workplace Relations Commission and Westmeath County Council and has brought a number of repossession applications before the District Court in order to remove illegal occupiers from Local Authority Houses.
