Miriam Regan - Partner

Qualifications: B.A. (Sociology and Politics) (U.C.G.), 

                          LLB (U.C.G.)

                          Admitted to the Law Society 1997

Miriam has one of the largest District Court practices in County Meath and has experience in almost every type of action that can come before the District Court such as Criminal Prosecutions, Family Law (Domestic Violence, Maintenance, Guardianship of Infants Act etc), Licensing, Civil, Road traffic matters, Debt collection.  Miriam also defends Criminal cases before the Circuit and High court and prosecutes on behalf of various local Authorities.

Miriam is a Legal representative for the Mental Health Commission and in that capacity has been representing the interests of patients before Mental Health Tribunals.
